Your trip will begin in Toronto, a modern city full of diverse neighborhoods and refined architecture. Board the M/V Victory I and sail to the famous Niagara Falls. See the falls up close from a state-of-the-art Hornblower and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In Cleveland, visit the West Side Market and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Next, you’ll pass through Windsor, affectionately known as the “City of Roses,” en route to Detroit. Here, you’ll explore the Henry Ford Museum. Take a scenic sailing of Lake Huron to Little Current and tour Manitoulin Island, the world’s largest freshwater island. Stop at the Immaculate Conception Church, attend a traditional smudging ceremony, and enjoy an interpretive tour of the local museum. Experience the oldest city in the Midwest, Sault Ste. Marie, where you can see New Fort Brady and the Valley Camp Museum Ship as well as the Soo Locks, one of the world’s largest and busiest set of locks. Your trip will end in Chicago, but before that, stop at Mackinac Island and experience the imposing stone walls and cannons of the island’s impressive fort, built atop a cliff by British soldiers in 1780.
